Men’s Grooming Category Management

Our task was to develop an overarching Men’s Grooming identity that could drive sales of men’s personal care products in both primary and secondary in-store locations. The key insight at the heart of the project was that both men and women shop for men’s products and the design response needs to be respectful of this. The end result was a significant transformation of what was previously a boring routine shopping journey, into an engaging, enjoyable shopping experience.
